SHIPPING POLICY

At iFarmerscart, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure that your farm-fresh products arrive at your doorstep in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy for more details:

  1. Delivery Areas: We currently offer shipping to pan India. If your location falls within our delivery range, you will be able to proceed with placing your order. We are continually expanding our delivery network, so if your area is not currently covered, please check back in the future.

  2. Order Processing Time: Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before [insert cutoff time, e.g., 12:00 PM] on any business day will be processed on the same day. Our team will carefully pick and pack your items to ensure their freshness and quality. Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after the cutoff time mentioned above or on non-business days (weekends or public holidays) will be processed on the next business day. We will prioritize your order and ensure that it is prepared and dispatched at the earliest opportunity. Please note that while we make every effort to process orders promptly, unforeseen circumstances or exceptional order volumes may occasionally result in slight delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations. Once your order has been processed and is ready for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS notification. This notification will include relevant details, such as tracking information if applicable. If you have any specific concerns or require expedited processing for your order, please reach out to our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide assistance accordingly.

  3. Delivery Time: Next-Day and Two-Day Delivery (South India): For customers located in South India, we offer next-day and two-day delivery options. This means that once your order is processed, you can expect to receive it within the following day. Three to Five Days Delivery (Rest of India): For customers located outside of South India, we estimate a delivery timeframe of three to five days. This allows us to account for the longer transit distance and ensure that your fresh produce arrives in optimal condition. Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and are subject to factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, weather disruptions, or unforeseen logistical challenges. While we make every effort to adhere to the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

  4. Packaging: To ensure the safe transportation of your order, we use appropriate packaging materials that maintain the quality and freshness of the products. We are committed to reducing waste and utilizing eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.

  5. Delivery Charges: At iFarmerscart, we strive to provide affordable and transparent delivery charges for our customers. We have a flat shipping rate of Rs50 for all orders. This means that regardless of the size or value of your order, the delivery charge remains a flat Rs50. We believe in simplicity and want to make your shopping experience convenient and budget-friendly. By offering a flat shipping rate, we ensure that you can enjoy the convenience of having farm-fresh products delivered to your doorstep without incurring high delivery costs. During the checkout process, the Rs50 shipping charge will be clearly displayed as a separate line item in your order summary. You can review the total cost, including the delivery charge, before finalizing your purchase. Please note that the flat shipping charge of Rs50 is applicable for deliveries within our serviceable areas. If you are located outside of our regular delivery zones, additional charges or restrictions may apply. We recommend checking the delivery coverage for your area or contacting our customer support team for further assistance.   6. Tracking Orders: We understand the importance of tracking your order. Once your order is dispatched for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS notification containing a tracking link. You can use this link to track the progress of your delivery.

  7. Order Issues or Concerns: If you encounter any issues or have concerns regarding your order, such as missing items or damaged products, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will promptly assist you and resolve any problems to ensure your satisfaction.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure that the products you receive meet our rigorous quality standards. If, however, you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or not up to our quality standards, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution.

  2. Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a product due to quality concerns or if you have received the wrong item, we offer a return and refund option. Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the return process. We may request relevant information or photographs to assess the issue. Once approved, we will arrange for the return of the product and issue a refund to your original payment method.

  3. Exchange: We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, we recommend returning the item following the return process mentioned above and placing a new order for the desired product.

  4. Packaging and Condition: Returned products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were delivered. Please ensure that the product is securely packed for the return shipment to prevent any damage during transit.

  5. Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, certain items, such as perishable goods, may not be eligible for return or refund. We request that you carefully review your order upon delivery and report any issues within the specified timeframe.

  6. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not been processed for delivery. If the order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
